Behind the Glass: Resilience and Rallies with Whit Mittlefehldt

Welcome back to Behind the Glass, our Q&A series from the Buffalo Squash Racquets Association (BSRA) that takes you off the court and into the lives of the people helping shape Buffalo’s squash scene. Each feature highlights a different BSRA Board member—sharing their journey, role, and vision for the community.

Meet Whit Mittlefehldt, BSRA Vice President and a driving force behind league and tournament play in Buffalo. Whether he’s organizing the City Singles and Doubles Tournaments or leading the AB League with sharp focus and a resilient game, Whit brings a balance of structure, humor, and heart to everything he does on and off the court.
