All our teams were very competitive and played well in all divisional games at the Howe Cup. In the MPB Doubles tournament, Buffalo also competed well, but one team stood out and brought home the gold… Ann Wolney and Anne Denman won the first division title ever for Buffalo in the D Division Doubles.
Congratulations to the ChampiANN(E)s for winning their Division, 3-0 in the final match on Sunday! You made us all proud!
Buffalo also won the Best Dressed City Award – thanks to Carolina for the Buffalo Bills theme!
A huge shout out to all our sponsors!! We truly thank you all for your support, encouragement, and for your continued promotion of women’s programs in our squash community. You made a huge difference for 20 excited players to compete and experience this amazing event.
